Thank you for shopping with Alternate Arms Self Defense. Please read this policy before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please review product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before you buy. If you have questions about a product, contact us first. We’re happy to help you choose.

Most of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer-supported warranty. Warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and any return options are handled directly by the manufacturer, not by Alternate Arms Self Defense. Coverage, terms, and eligibility vary by brand and product.

Here are the manufacturers whose policies are most relevant:

• Umarex: Contact Umarex directly for warranty and return information.
• Mercury Rise: Contact Mercury Rise directly for warranty and return information.
• Byrna: Contact Byrna directly for warranty and return information.

For other brands, please check the documentation included with your product or visit the manufacturer’s website. We recommend keeping your order confirmation, receipt, and product packaging in case you need to file a warranty claim.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at JonreynoldsCTS@gmail.com within one week of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will review your case and, where possible, help you resolve it, including by working with the carrier or manufacturer. For defects that appear after delivery, please contact the manufacturer under its warranty terms.

Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
